Order Deadline

All orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched the same working day.  All orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.   Orders placed after 12pm Friday are processed on Monday.


The estimated delivery times set out above are from the date on which your order is despatched from us. Please note that the delivery times are an estimate only and can be affected by such events as severe weather and other exceptional circumstances affecting either the delivery service or our timescales.
We are not able to process orders with a P.O. box delivery address.


We do not despatch items at weekend and on UK bank holidays.  At extremely busy times, the deadline or processing time may be affected (e.g. pre-Christmas week).  Where we are aware of such timescale changes, we will put a note HERE 

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number so that you can track your order using the royal mail website. 

International shipping

European postage is available on all products. All prices quoted are in GBP currency with a maximum order weight of 2kg. 


For queries relating to your order, our products or brand, making purchases through our website, deliveries or returns, please use our ‘contact us’ form where we will be happy to help. Please allow 24hrs for a response.


Return Information

We want you to be satisfied with your Shimmer by Victoria purchase. 

You may return or exchange any product within 14 days of receipt provided the products are in their original packaging and are unused. For health & hygiene the tamper seal must be present and not broken. If the seal is broken or been tampered with in anyway, we will refuse your return. Your order can be returned back to you at your cost. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods only. The refund will be processed within 14 days after the day on which we receive the products back from you. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Please note, unless the goods are faulty, or you have received incorrect products you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage as in the unlikely event that we do not receive your parcel you can submit a claim to Royal Mail for reimbursement. 

Please do not proceed to return damaged goods immediately but contact us as soon as possible. Whilst we take the utmost care to package our orders for delivery, accidents can happen. We will request the item be posted back to ourselves where we will send a replacement. 

Please complete the ‘contact us form’ advising us of your return. We will respond with the returns address and additional instructions.

Your legal rights

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund in this clause.
